Appointment Booking

1.1 Health Assessment

Before booking an appointment, we kindly request that you assess your health. If you or anyone in your household has experienced COVID-19 symptoms within the past 14 days, or if you have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, we ask that you refrain from scheduling an appointment at this time. Please prioritize the safety and well-being of our community.

1.2 Appointment Availability

To adhere to social distancing guidelines and limit the number of people in our salon, appointment availability may be reduced. We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

1.3 Waiting Area

To minimize the number of people in our waiting area, we kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive early, please wait outside the salon until your designated time. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe environment.

Safety Measures

2.1 Face Masks

Face masks are required for all customers and staff members throughout their visit to Upperhairchelon. Please ensure that your face mask covers both your nose and mouth at all times. If you do not have a face mask, we will provide one for you.

2.2 Hand Hygiene

Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout our salon. We encourage all customers and staff to sanitize their hands upon entry and frequently throughout their visit.

2.3 Social Distancing

We have implemented measures to ensure appropriate social distancing within our salon. Please maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from others whenever possible. Our salon layout and seating arrangement have been modified to facilitate social distancing.

2.4 Enhanced Cleaning and Sanitization

We have intensified our cleaning and sanitization procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment. High-touch areas, such as chairs, countertops, and equipment, are regularly cleaned and disinfected. Each styling station is thoroughly sanitized between appointments.

Appointment Modifications and Cancellations

3.1 Illness or Symptoms

If you experience any COVID-19 symptoms or feel unwell leading up to your appointment, we kindly request that you reschedule. Please notify us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring any cancellation fees.

3.2 Late Arrival

To ensure we can adhere to our enhanced safety measures and maintain a timely schedule, we may need to reschedule your appointment if you arrive excessively late. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
